How to Use
Swirl, then spritz 2–3 mists onto clean skin and rub in gently.
Use morning and night, especially before bedtime.

Avoid use on broken or freshly shaved skin, sensitive areas (including the face), and avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes.
Because this is a magnesium-rich formula, mild tingling, itchiness, or warmth can occur at first. This usually fades within a few minutes.
